Hydraulic press also known as oil press, is a machine that uses hydrostatic pressure to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder and other products. It is often used in pressing processes and press forming processes such as forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, sheet drawing, powder metallurgy, press fitting, etc. Its principle is to use Pascal's law to make use of liquid pressure. There are many types of transmission machinery. Of course, the use is also varied according to needs. For example, according to the type of liquid that transmits pressure, there are two types of hydraulic presses and hydraulic presses.
The following items should be paid attention to when the hydraulic press is used: The working oil of the hydraulic press is recommended to use No. 32 and No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the oil temperature should be within the range of 15 to 60 degrees Celsius. The oil is only allowed to be added to the tank after strict filtration. The working oil is replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months; the slider should be filled with lubricating oil frequently, and the exposed surface of the column should be kept clean. Under the pressure of 500T, the concentrated load is allowed to have an eccentricity of 40mm. If the eccentricity is too large, the column will be strained or other undesirable phenomena may occur. Calibration and inspection of the pressure gauge every six months: If the machine is out of use for a long time, the surface of each part should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust oil.
