The hydraulic press machine is a kind of special hydraulic oil as the working medium, the hydraulic pump as the power source, and the hydraulic oil enters the cylinder/piston through the hydraulic pipeline by the force of the pump, and then there are several sets of seals in the cylinder/piston that cooperate with each other. The seals at different positions are different, but they all play a role of sealing, so that the hydraulic oil cannot leak. Converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy Hydraulic transmission is a transmission method that uses hydraulic pressure to transmit power and control. The hydraulic press machine is composed of hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic control valve and hydraulic auxiliary components. When we test pressure, what should we pay attention to?
1. The first thing is to understand the principle of the machine and the corresponding structural performance, and perform pressure test according to the instructions.
2. During pressure test, the safety valve of the system should be adjusted to the selected test pressure value.
3. After turning on the power, start the motor and observe whether the direction of rotation is correct.
4. During the test, safety measures must be taken. Pay great attention to the temperature changes of the hydraulic oil during the commissioning process. The most suitable temperature for a general hydraulic system is 40-50 °C. When working at this temperature, the efficiency of hydraulic components is the highest, and the oil's oxidation resistance is in the best state. If the working temperature exceeds 80 °C, the oil will deteriorate early (for every increase of 10 °C, the deterioration rate of the oil will increase by 2 times), it will also cause the viscosity to decrease, the lubrication performance becomes worse, the oil film is easy to break, and the hydraulic parts are easy to burn. Wait. Therefore, the working temperature of hydraulic oil should not exceed 70~80 °C. When it exceeds this temperature, it should be shut down for cooling or forced cooling measures should be taken.
